Opening of the Yên Tử Festival “Heritage Journey – World-Class Essence

Within the framework of the Commemoration of the 717th Anniversary of the Passing into Nirvana of King-Monk Trần Nhân Tông, and the Ceremony marking the UNESCO recognition of the Yên Tử – Vĩnh Nghiêm – Côn Sơn, Kiếp Bạc Complex of Monuments and Scenic Landscapes as a World Cultural Heritage Site, the Yên Tử Festival will be officially inaugurated at 9:30 a.m. on 18 December 2025 at Khai Tâm Gate, Yên Tử Scenic and Historic Site, Yên Tử Ward, Quảng Ninh Province.

These activities are eagerly anticipated by the general public and visitors alike, who look forward to taking part in them. The programme will run until 22 December 2025.
